The new Clubrooms are in the final stages of construction with internal fit outs and external landscaping all happening and a frenetic pace.

One critical milestone has to be reached by the builder in mid May to allow us to make the final preparations for a 10 June first home game and the opening of the new building. We will advise members as soon as this milestone is achieved.
The small memorial pavers which members and supporters have purchased over the years will be installed prior to our first home game however there have been delays in the production of the large pavers due to the complexity of manufacture and these will be installed as soon as they received.

The oval itself is in excellent condition and the players have been training on the oval for several weeks and using a pavilion at the Showgrounds for team meetings and change rooms.
 
The tenancy areas have been fully let and the tenants are about to commence their fit outs. The tenants are

The function facilities are also being fitted out with kitchen and bar equipment, carpets and furniture. The caterers, The Claremont Kitchen (a Heyder & Shears + Soiree colab) have started taking bookings for functions. An opening ceremony will be conducted on the oval between the reserves and league games and all our junior Clubs, former players, life members together with the many dignatories who have been and are currently associated with the project invited to attend. We hope to see a large turnout of Tiger members and supporters at the opening game against East Fremantle.
